But It's Not My Fault

"But it's not my fault". These words often came out of my mouth many times, if ever I talked about my weight gain. I seriously believed that it was everyone else's fault except my own. I struggled to take complete responsibility of my own life.

Steven Covey, author of '7 Habits of Highly Effective People' tells us that until we can take complete responsibility for our lives and our present state, we are never going to be anything otherwise.

A hard pill to swallow indeed. But I 100% agree with him.
