The laws of thermodynamics tell us that physiologically we must be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. We know this.  

But what if there was a better way than a crazy restrictive diet or intense exercise program?

Diets are so tough because they place you in a severe calorie restriction, coupled usually with an intense exercise program with no allowance for food to fuel and replenish your training.

But what if there was a better way?
