I believe you should weigh yourself every single day.
Wooooaaahhhh….too much Sal…too much.
I hear ya. I used to feel the same way.
But then I realised I was missing the point. I was missing WHY I didn't want to weigh in.
And this changed everything for me.
This was one of the largest shifts in mindset for me….and it had nothing to do with the number I was seeing.
